   Bicentennial DG Course, Crowley
        18 Holes - Par 54
Difficulty: *=easy, **=average, ***=hard*=easy, **=average, ***=hard
Total Length: 6334
Avg Length: 352
      Description:
All of the holes offer three tee boxes, some of the holes offer a 4th "Expert" tee box. There are clearly marked mando's on holes 1, 4(blue tee box) 8, 10, and 16. Water comes into play via a creek that runs throughout the course on holes 1, 2, 3, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 18. Some holes the water has more bearing that others.

Here is a description of the course. . .

All holes play par 3, natural tee boxes, trash cans throughout the course.
#1 plays across the creek must stay left of the mando to an elevated basket
#2 White and red tees play downhill, there is a tree in the middle of the fairway, blue tee is fairly level with the basket, water to the left
#3 is a tough hole through trees and has a creekbed that runs parallel to the creek, the creek bed is sometimes flooded and muddy, water to the left
#4 plays straight from the White, Red, and Gold tee boxes with a couple of trees in the fairway, Blue plays straight through a couple of trees, the mando is straight through the trees below the marker
#5 I call the corridor for obvious reasons, there is a skinny fairway with thick trees and brush on either side, the white tee is right next to the trees, set off to the right and is a blind shot, as the basket cannot be seen from this tee, the red is longer but straight, the gold is the longest but in my opinion an easy shot as it is not set right against the trees, the blue tee is in the corridor on the left
#6 is a dogleg to the left with big power line tower down the fairway to the right, blue tee is under the tower, white is set next to the tree line and the red tee is back behind some brush with trees in front
#7 is an uphill shot from the red and white tees with the blue tee on top of the hill. Sometimes called Mt Elbert
#8 is the longest hole on the course, I beleive the red and gold tees are over 1000' ft, The hole is a slight downhill dog leg to the right gold tee is down in a small depression and requires a shot that curves around a large group of trees and brush, red, white and blue are basically level with one another, there is a mando, to the right of the tee boxes there is a large growth of disc eating brush, trees and prickly pear cactus
#9 red and blue tees play fairly straight on with the white tee box set off to the right, the hole is on the other side of a small oak grove
#10 fairly straight with the river and small cliff to the right, with a drop zone for shots that venture off to the right, this is the most sceinic hole on the course in my opinion
#11 red is sever dog leg right. the tee box sits at the base off a hill that must be cleared in order to have a decent second shot, the white tee is basically straight, the basket lies on the other side of the hill, the blue tee lies at the bottom of the hill, in reference to the white tee box, the red tee is behind and down to the right, the blue tee is below and set off to the left slightly
#12 gold is a dog leg right due to trees and brush, red white and blue are straight shots, this hole is set in the middle of small oak trees
#13 the creek comes into play again on this hole, the gold tee is set back in the trees, red andwhite are next to the creek and its not uncommon for players to send their misplaced shots in to the water, the water is not deep, there is a drop zone just past the white tee. the blue tee is set on the left side of the hole
#14 red white and blue all require a shot over the creek to a slightly elevated basket
#15 blue is next to the creek and is a slight dog leg left around a group of trees, white and red play mostly straight on, an approach that is too long could end up wet
#16 blue has a low bridge to contend with, the mando requires the shooter to shoot under the bridge, gold red and white are straight, shots that are long have the possibility of ending up wet.
#17 blue and red have the creek just to the left and is a dog leg to the right and plays to an elevated basket with trees before the basket on the right white is set up above the basket the trees are just to the left of the basket
#18 red white and blue are require a drive over the water to a level basket
