I start with the basics, 92 total acres, play on about 60 acres, 21 holes, multiable tees on 13 boxes, rolling hills,
tight woods, open fare ways, elevation shots (#10 1083' down hill), over trees and stream, and across pond.
Cabin rental, fishing, swimming and creek with waterfall.

From Austin, I-290 east 73 miles, right on Spur 458 in Carmine to Hwy 237, right to Round Top, left at light,
left 1457 3.5 mi., left 2714 past Winedale, right on 280(Muske-Ullrich Rd.),drive .7 miles and turn left in the
gate. Sign says "The Snow Farm".
